Service Description
Aivelin AI Visibility Audit is an automated analytical tool that evaluates how OpenAI / ChatGPT represents your business when potential customers ask commercial queries, identifies competing businesses recommended by AI, and delivers a structured Action Plan with recommendations. The current service evaluates OpenAI / ChatGPT only.
Pricing & No Subscription
The Service is offered as a transparent, one-time purchase:
• Initial Audit: $99 one-time payment for a full visibility analysis and Action Plan.
• Re-Audit: $45 one-time payment to test updated AI responses after implementing changes.
There are NO recurring subscriptions, monthly fees, or automatic renewals.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account used for magic link sign-in and for ensuring you have the right to submit the website URL and business details for analysis.
AI Limitations & Disclaimers
Audit results represent an analytical snapshot of AI responses and available online signals at the specific time of testing. AI responses can vary and change as models evolve.
Recommendations are intended to improve relevant visibility signals. Implementation of recommendations does NOT guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend your business, alter its answers, or produce any specific ranking or business result.
The Service is an informational and diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of SEO, marketing, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Public Report Sharing
Reports are private by default. If you choose to generate a public share link to collaborate with your team, marketer, or agency, you assume responsibility for distributing that link. Public sharing can be disabled at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt automated scraping, reverse-engineer report algorithms, or use the Service for any unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, abusive querying, or fraudulent behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivelin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit service ($99 for an initial audit or $45 for a re-audit).
