We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service, including:

• Account information: email address for magic link sign-in and report delivery
• Business details: website URL, business name, and target city
• Target queries: AI-generated and user-edited queries evaluated in ChatGPT
• Audit & report data: ChatGPT response snapshots, competitor mentions, and Action Plan recommendations
• Technical & session data: IP address, browser type, and necessary session cookies

We use collected data to:

• Authenticate access via passwordless email magic links
• Execute the automated AI Visibility Audit and generate your report
• Store historical reports and enable $45 Re-Audits after changes are made
• Send transactional notifications (magic links, audit completion, receipts)
• Maintain platform security and prevent automated abuse

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the Service: OpenAI (API analysis of ChatGPT visibility), Resend (transactional email delivery), Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record and payment processing), and Vercel/infrastructure providers (hosting and encrypted PostgreSQL database storage). User data is processed strictly as required to deliver the audit.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or banking credentials.

Reports are private by default. A report becomes publicly accessible only when you explicitly create and share a public report link. Public reports show the business name, tested queries, ChatGPT responses, and Action Plan, but never expose your email address or billing details.

We implement standard technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and encrypted database storage, to protect your personal and business data.

We retain audit reports so you can access past findings and compare results against future Re-Audits. You may request permanent deletion of your account and audit data at any time by contacting us.
